Delivery is handled by third-party courier partners. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. You will receive tracking information when available.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used hair care products.

Brazilian Secrets products must be used strictly in accordance with the provided instructions. Results may vary depending on hair type, porosity, condition, and previous chemical treatments.
Brazilian Secrets SA will not be held liable for adverse reactions, staining, colour changes, or unsatisfactory results resulting from misuse, over-processing, incorrect application, or failure to follow directions.
Certain products, including colour-neutralising and professional-use treatments, contain high concentrations of active ingredients and pigments. Processing times must be carefully monitored, and patch tests are strongly recommended.
By purchasing and using our products, the customer accepts full responsibility for proper application and usage.
9. Professional Use Disclaimer – Rio de Janeiro PRO Range
The Rio de Janeiro PRO Range is developed for professional salon use and advanced hair treatments.
These products may contain high-performance active ingredients designed for detox, restructuring, smoothing, and chemical services. Incorrect application, over-processing, or misuse may result in damage, breakage, discoloration, or unsatisfactory results.
Professional training, knowledge of hair structure, and correct diagnostic assessment are strongly recommended before use.
Processing times must be carefully monitored. Strand and patch tests are strongly advised prior to full application.
Brazilian Secrets SA will not be held liable for misuse, incorrect application, failure to follow instructions, or results obtained outside recommended guidelines.

10. POPIA Compliance
Brazilian Secrets SA complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

13. Gift Card Terms
Brazilian Secrets digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email and contain a unique code to be used at checkout.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, shared, stolen, or used without permission.
Gift cards may be used on any available products unless otherwise specified.
If a gift card is suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity, Brazilian Secrets SA reserves the right to suspend, cancel or void the card without notice.
Unused balances remain available until the expiry date.
