All Brazilian Secrets products are proudly manufactured in Brazil, a country globally recognised for advanced haircare innovation and professional-performance formulations.

Are your home care products sulphate, paraben and petrolatum free?
Yes. Our home care range is free from sulphates, petrolatum, phosphates and parabens.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. All Brazilian Secrets products are vegan and cruelty free. We do not test on animals.

What is special about your 2-in-1 Conditioner & Treatment Mask?
Our Amazon Range (Guaraná, Copaíba, Açaí and Brazil Nut) features a unique 2-in-1 Conditioner & Treatment Mask formula.

This allows you to use one product in two ways:
• Leave for 2–3 minutes as a daily conditioner
• Leave for 10–15 minutes as a treatment mask

It delivers excellent nourishment, softness and manageability without heaviness, giving you salon-quality flexibility in one formula.

Which range is right for my hair type?

• Guaraná & Rosemary – Ideal for naturally straight or chemically straightened hair. Supports strength and vitality.
• Copaíba & Ginseng – Designed for dry, damaged and brittle hair in need of repair and hydration.
• Açaí Berry – Formulated for blonde, platinum and grey hair. Contains purple pigment to help neutralise unwanted yellow tones.
• Brazil Nut – Provides deep moisture and nourishment. Includes a Curl Activator Leave-In to help define and enhance natural curls with shine.

If you are unsure which range suits you best, we are happy to guide you personally.

Will the purple pigment in the Açaí range stain my hair?
No. The Açaí range is designed to neutralise unwanted yellow tones when used as directed. It does not permanently stain the hair.

What is the Happy Ends range?
Happy Ends is our advanced finishing range developed with professional salon standards. These products focus on protection, shine, smoothness and multi-benefit styling performance.

Can I use all three Happy Ends products together?
Yes. They are designed to complement each other and can be layered correctly for enhanced results.

Recommended order:
• Apply Poesia BB Cream before blow-drying for heat protection and smoothing
• Use Versus Repair Oil on mid-lengths and ends for nourishment and shine
• Finish with Encanto Magic Spray for frizz control, humidity protection and a sleek, perfumed finish

When used correctly, they enhance results without weighing the hair down.

What makes Versus Repair Oil special?
Versus is a lightweight, fast-absorbing oil that helps repair, reduce frizz, boost shine and protect from heat and sweat. It can be used daily in small amounts or applied overnight as a nourishing treatment.

Does Versus protect against sweat and gym damage?
Yes. Versus helps shield hair from the drying effects of sweat and environmental stress. Apply a small amount before exercise for added protection.

Does Poesia contain silicone?
Yes. Poesia contains noble silicone, which provides heat protection, smoothness and frizz control without heavy buildup when used correctly.

What makes Encanto different?
Encanto works as a heat protector, shine enhancer, humidity shield and hair perfume. It is ideal for straight, blow-dried, flat-ironed and chemically straightened hair, but can also be used on other hair types for shine and frizz control.

How long before I see results?
Many clients notice improved softness, shine and manageability from the first wash. Stronger, healthier hair improves with consistent use.

Can I mix different ranges?
Yes. You can combine ranges depending on your hair’s needs. For example, you may use one shampoo and a different 2-in-1 conditioner or incorporate Happy Ends finishers into your routine.

Will your products help with hair growth?
Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. Our formulas are designed to support strong, resilient hair from the root, which naturally supports better growth over time.

Are Brazilian Secrets products safe for children?
Yes. Our home care range is suitable for children of all ages when used as directed. The formulas are designed to be gentle while still delivering professional-quality results.

As with any haircare product, we recommend supervising young children during use and avoiding contact with the eyes.

Are your products safe for coloured hair?
Yes. Brazilian Secrets products are safe for coloured hair.

The Copaíba & Ginseng range is especially recommended for dry, chemically treated or colour-processed hair, as it focuses on repair, hydration and strengthening the hair fiber.

Our Happy Ends Trio (Poesia, Versus and Encanto) is also colour-safe and ideal for maintaining shine, smoothness and protection on coloured or chemically treated hair.
