Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes
We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

• Gauteng: 1–2 working days
• Major Cities: 2–3 working days
• Regional / Outlying Areas: 3–5 working days

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on the courier network.

Working Days
Couriers operate Monday to Friday only. Deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over R750.
This applies automatically at checkout and will be delivered to your door (no collection required).

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).

Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
