Gift Card Policy

Brazilian Secrets digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email and contain a unique code to be used at checkout.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, shared, stolen, or used without permission.

Unused balances remain available until the expiry date.

If a gift card is suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity, Brazilian Secrets SA reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void the card without notice.
